Dear Birmingham Team,

Congratulations to all of you on a truly outstanding accomplishment!  $71 million dollars in one month is a record for any office in Michigan!  We all know the number is actually about 3x that if you count all the multiple offers you all had to manage as well. There has never been an office in the state that has dominate a market like you all have.  In a market were patience among our fellow Realtors is tested you all work so exceptionally well together. Your office is an example of how a great team can create exceptional results. A special thanks to your office support team, Chris and of course your fearless leader Jon (who I am guessing may break a record for the highest phone bill on a cruise) for keeping the process, support and enthusiasm going.
